What do you mean by “All Wood Cabinetry”?
All Wood Cabinetry is exactly that, “All Wood”. Each cabinet is built from furniture grade plywood and the cabinet face-frames, where applicable, are solid oak or maple. You will not find any particle board in any All Wood Cabinetry! [ back to top ]

What are Ready-to-Assemble Cabinets?
These are new 100% All Wood cabinets well packaged, for you to assemble on site. Each cabinet comes complete with assembly hardware pre-mounted in the panels, so assembly is quick and painless. We also have detailed photographs of assembly instructions to insure you get the best results. What are Factory Assembled Cabinets?
These are new 100% All Wood cabinets professionally built, to your requirements, by our trained cabinet builders. Choosing this option will guarantee that your new cabinets are well built and it will also save you valuable time and labor. [ back to top ]

What are the wood doors made from?
Wood doors are built from 100% solid oak or maple. [ back to top ]

What are white “thermo-foil” doors?
Because of their combination of looks and durability, white “thermo-foil” doors have generally replaced white painted doors in the kitchen industry. These doors are built with a high density wood fiber core which is then vacuum-formed with a seamless durable vinyl veneer. The back of the door is finished with a wipe-clean melamine coating. This results in a beautiful door, which will not crack and is easy to maintain. [ back to top ]

What type of drawers are in All Wood Cabinetry?
All Wood Cabinetry drawer boxes are 4-sided, built from 5/8” thick solid hardwood and assembled with dovetail carpentry joints. The drawers also feature a fully captured, 1/4" thick plywood floor. All Wood drawers glide smoothly on concealed runners which are epoxy coated so they will never rust!

What is the interior finish of the cabinets?
All cabinets feature a wipe-clean paper laminate interior finish. [ back to top ]

What is the construction of the cabinets?
We offer two types of cabinets Framed and Frameless. The construction details of these cabinet differs. It is important to understand the difference: Framed cabinets have a solid hardwood face frame with 1/2" sturdy plywood interior, side panels and back. Frameless cabinets are built from 3/4" sturdy plywood for the interior and side panels with a 1/4" plywood back panel. [ back to top ]

Do I need a Finished Panel for the exposed cabinet sides?
No. All Wood cabinets feature a matching wood veneer exterior, so an additional finished panel is not required. [ back to top ]

Why do I require a separate Toe Kick panel?
All base cabinets and tall cabinets include an integral toe kick which is finished to match the cabinet front. However once you install multiple cabinets together, you will require a continuous “Matching Toe Kick” (MTK8) to give you a seamless finish. [ back to top ]

How do I design my kitchen or bathroom project?
We offer a Deluxe Design package for a $50 dollar purchase where our kitchen designers will work with you to design your kitchen or bath project. The service includes a floor plan with measurements, a 3D perspective view, complete cabinet listing and pricing. If you purchase cabinets from us we will credit your $50 charge towards your cabinet purchase. You will need to fill out our Deluxe Design form and fax that to us at 866-509-4029. [ back to top ]

To order online, select a category or subcategory from the navigational menu. Next you will be able to browse our site by selecting exactly what you want (ie: what kind of cabinet, style of cabinet, wall base or tall cabinet etc.) After a couple of click, you are taken to exactly what you are looking for. After you click on a specific product, you are able to add the item to the cart. You will be able to continue shopping or checkout. What are the Shipping Costs?
Online orders usually ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Depending on the size of the order and your location, most orders should arrive 5-10 days following payment confirmation. Freight costs are calculated using Fedex Freight and are based on the weight of items ordered, along with the delivery zip code. For example: the $999.34 Bristol Arctic White 10’ x 10’ Sample Kitchen, weights 460 lbs. and can be shipped nationwide for as little as $168.00. You can fill you shopping cart with items, enter your zip code and select "update" to calculate your shipping cost. To understand our shipping costs in detail visit our shipping explanation page. Freight/Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) orders placed online will be shipped, to home or job site, via the most efficient national carrier.
2. All shipments are valid for one customer, to one location in the continental United States.
3. Deliveries are made to home or job site of the purchaser only.
4. All shipments will be palletized and shrink wrapped, or floor loaded and hand stacked.
5. Shipping and handling charges cover one delivery attempt to customer.  In the event that, due to customer availability or other customer circumstance, an order is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling.
6. Standard deliveries are tailgate delivery only. For this type of delivery (per ICC regulations), drivers are only required to bring product to the tailgate (end) of the vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to remove product from truck.
7. Other delivery options are available at an additional charge and Customer will be responsible for any such charges including but not limited to: appointment scheduling, re-delivery, non-tailgate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate service, etc. Charges will be applied before delivery on sales order. Receiving
1. The customer must receive, inspect, and sign for all deliveries.
2. If the items(s) that you purchased become damaged during shipment please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling 1-866-367-2516.
3. Items should be checked against the bill of lading and packing slip supplied by driver for each delivery.
4. The bill of lading indicates the number of cartons in the delivery. It does not represent the number of pieces as some items may be boxed together such as molding, hardware, etc.
5. Cartons with multiple items will have separate labels on the carton for each item included and be so labeled on the packing slip. [ back to top ]

Damage/Defective
1. If the items(s) that you purchased become damaged during shipment please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling 1-866-367-2516.
2. Customer must report concealed (non visible) damages within 72 hours of deliver and a replacement part will be shipped No Charge with freight prepaid. If the customer does not report the damage within 72 hours of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a new item to include purchase price + shipping & handling. Shortage
1. Any product identified and verified as a shortage will be shipped No Charge with freight prepaid. Shortage claims for missing cartons must be made within 24 hours of delivery and hidden shortage claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. [ back to top ]
