Request for returns should be emailed to customer_service@cabinetliquidators.com within 72 hours of receipt of order and a Return Good Authorization (RGA) will be issued. No returns will be accepted without an RGA. Returns of assembled cabinets are not accepted. Items must be in original packaging for return shipping. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any damage to product.
Once an item has been received, inspected and found in good condition, a check will be issued to the customer, less the above costs, at the original billing address. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees from original order. |
